Back from a lengthy vacation...

This diminutive blog extension is dedicated to Bill Ruger. It is related that Bill Ruger had a hand in the project of every Sturm, Ruger weapon from the inauguration of the company until his withdrawal in 2000. If this is genuine, he was responsible for some fair weapons and some condemn ugly ones, too. One created being about all Ruger firearms, fair or pretty ordinary, they all work with darned close 100% reliableness.


Ruger was born June 21, 1916 in Brooklyn, New York. He was already crafty weapons during his heaven-kissing school years, eventually having one accepted in 1938 by the U.S. Military force, a light instrument of force gun.

Puny pistols, vast pistols, half-auto, revolvers, magnums, and standards and innovative fire-arms and ammo full the racks of millions of tribe. Don't even get me started on his fulness of shotguns of any produce, size, and measure.

It is estimated that over 20 a thousand thousand Ruger arms have been manufactured. Throughout his race, he was very hands on. Stories are be numerous about him getting his hands foul, digging through oil pans to find or fix something, and expenditure unknown hours helping his engineers reduce an issue.

Bill Ruger was not without his faults. He supported a complete ban on civilians having magazines with a dimensions greater then ten rounds. He once reported to Tom Brokaw, "I never meant for bare civilians...
