General Right-to-Convey Reciprocity Bill Introduced In U.S. Abode  National Seize Association FAIRFAX, Va. --(Ammoland.com)- Last week, H.R. 822, was introduced in the U.S. Dwelling-place by Representatives Precipice Stearns (R-Fla.) and Ling Shuler (D-N.C.).
